To avoid delays, read this before buying. Orders are first come, first serve.

How long does delivery take?

It depends on the order, queue size, and whether your account info is correct. Some orders can be quick, but delays can happen if I’m waiting on login codes, passwords, or customer replies.

Is it first come, first serve?

Yes. Orders are completed in the order they come in. Asking multiple times where you are in line will not speed the process up. I will get to you as soon as I can.

Do I need to check my email?

Yes. After ordering, check your email and respond if I request login info, a code, or anything needed to complete your order. If you do not respond, your order may be delayed.

What if I enter the wrong password?

Please make sure your login info is correct before sending it. Wrong passwords, password resets, or missing codes slow the process down for everyone.

What if my account has 2FA?

If your Microsoft/Xbox account has 2FA enabled, either be available to send the code quickly or temporarily disable it until the order is completed.

Do you refund wrong orders?

No. Read before you buy. If you purchase the wrong item, I do not reimburse or switch the order halfway through. It is time-consuming and unfair to people who ordered correctly.

What platforms are supported?

Platform support depends on the product. Read the product title and description before buying. If the listing says Xbox, PC, or PlayStation, that is what it supports.

How do I get updates?

Watch your email and Discord if you joined the server. I add notes and updates when needed, but the fastest way to avoid delays is sending the right information the first time.

Important: Fast responses = faster completion. Wrong info, no replies, or repeated “where am I?” messages can delay your order.
