Final Sale After Delivery Starts

All items sold on Xels Forza Services are delivered digitally. Because digital delivery cannot be “returned,” all sales are final once an order has been processed or delivery has started.

IMPORTANT: If a credit order has been placed, refunds are not available.
Forza Credits (Auction House Delivery)
  • Orders are fulfilled through in-game delivery methods.
  • Customers must follow any delivery instructions shown on the product page.
  • Incorrect info (gamertag/platform/email) may cause delays and is not eligible for a refund.
  • Once delivery begins, the order is considered in progress and becomes non-refundable.
Modded Accounts
  • Accounts are delivered as digital goods.
  • Once login details are delivered, the order is complete and non-refundable.
  • If we sent incorrect login details, we will resend the correct information.
Warranty / Replacement (48 Hours)
  • We provide a 48-hour warranty on modded accounts only.
  • If an account becomes unusable due to a enforcement within 48 hours of delivery, we provide a one-time replacement.
  • Warranty does not cover issues caused by sharing credentials, modifying the account after delivery, or violating game rules.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
  • Chargebacks/disputes may result in a permanent ban from our services.
  • Please contact us first so we can resolve any issues quickly.
