Forza Horizon 6 is coming to PS5.

Forza Horizon 6 is officially coming to PlayStation 5. It drops January 26, 2027, Premium Edition owners get in five days early, and it has full crossplay and cross-save with Xbox and PC.[1] Here's what was announced, when it unlocks, and what we'll have ready.

What was announced

Playground Games confirmed FH6 is coming to PS5 in Standard, Deluxe and Premium editions, including on disc at supporting retailers. Pre-orders are open on the PlayStation Store, and every PS5 pre-order includes a pre-tuned Ferrari J50.[1][3] The first Premium Expansion also lands on every platform on January 21, 2027.[2]

Release dates

Unlocks at 12:01am local time (12:01am ET across the U.S., so 9:00pm PT the night before).[2] Not on Premium? Standard and Deluxe owners can buy the Premium Upgrade to get early access.[2]

Crossplay & cross-save

FH6 on PS5 plays with the Xbox Series X|S and Steam versions, and your progress carries over as long as you sign in with the same Microsoft account. Community creations (EventLab races, liveries, tunes) are cross-platform too.[2] Online play on PS5 needs PlayStation Plus.[4]
