These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Xels Forza Services. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Xels Forza Services sells digital items and services related to Forza Horizon 5, including but not limited to in-game credit delivery and enhanced accounts. These products are delivered digitally and cannot be physically returned.
Because all products are digital, refunds are not available once delivery has started or the product has been delivered. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you are buying a digital service and waive the right to a refund once fulfillment begins.

- Delivery time may vary depending on order volume, game server availability, and customer response time.
- Most orders are fulfilled quickly, but delivery is not guaranteed to be instant.
- If we require customer confirmation (codes, login, etc.), delays may occur.
- Customers must provide correct information (gamertag, platform, email, etc.).
- Incorrect information may delay delivery and is not eligible for a refund.
- Customers are responsible for following all instructions listed on the product page.
We provide a 48-hour warranty on enhanced accounts only.
- If an account becomes unusable due to enforcment action within 48 hours of delivery, we provide a one-time replacement.
- Warranty does not cover issues caused by account sharing, customer changes, or violations of game rules.
- Warranty is void if the customer modifies account settings, security details, or shares credentials.
- Fraudulent chargebacks or disputes may result in a permanent ban from our services.
- We maintain fulfillment logs and proof of delivery for dispute purposes.
- Customers agree to contact support first before opening a dispute.
Xels Forza Services is not responsible for enforcement actions, restrictions, patches, or game updates made by Microsoft, Xbox, Steam, PlayStation, or any other platform. Purchases are made at the customer’s own risk.
We reserve the right to update, change, or discontinue products and pricing at any time without notice.
